Shipping is FREE on all orders.
Payments can be done with Ideal or creditcard.

Orders placed in the EU on workdays will be send in 2-3 business days 
Orders outside of Europe will be shipped within 5 business days.

Delivery times


The Netherlands 3-4 business days.
Belgium & Germany 3-5 business days.
Europe 8-10 business days.
World 15 business days.

Return 

We hope that you love your new jewellery. If not you can of course return your order and get your money refunded or exchange (read info below). You have 14 days to return your item.

1) Please send an e-mail about your return/exchange to 
info@rocky-rosa.com

2) We will sent you the address where you can exchange/ return the order.

Please include a note in your return package with your name, reason of return and bank details so we can refund your order. 


The return and Exchange of an article is only possible when the article:


-is in undamaged state,
-is not worn and/or used,
-includes the original packaging. Rocky Rosa reserves the right to refuse returned items.

The shipping cost are the customers expense. 

Exchange for customers in the Netherlands


If you wish to exchange your order for another item please send it back to us. Include a note in your return package with your name and address, saying which size you need and we can check if we have a different size or model in stock for you. 

Sale items, special orders and custom jewellery can not be exchanged.

Earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes under any circumstances.

When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Exchange for customers outside of the Netherlands


Incase you need a different size. Please send back your order including a note with your name, reason of return and bank details we will refund your order so you can order a different size in the webshop.

Damaged items

When your item is delivered faulty or damaged please notify us within 48 hours from date of receipt. You can use the contact form on our website or email at info@rocky-rosa.com. We will contact you about the return policy.

Cancellation

​

Rocky Rosa allows a cancellation time window of 24hrs. If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hrs. Many items are custom made and once production has started, they cannot be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding. 

​

Refund

The refund (minus shippingcosts) will take place after receipt and inspection within 30 days.
